@tomtegirl It used to be like this before Systembolaget got self-service. And it is a queue ticket = kölapp he has.

You had to wait in line and wait for your turn and then go up to the counter and say what liquor you wanted and then they brought it to you from the stock in the back.

But nowadays you can pick what liquor you want yourself so it goes a lot faster.

I've never seen that one needs a ticket to buy alcohol at Systembolaget. They have to be on the smallest systembolaget located in Sweden.

yeah that is just a fail in one city here in skövde we can just go in to system bolaget and grab a whisky then pay for it then go out then drink so much that we die :S:S:S:S:S
