You have to think outside the Logic Box. We exist in a reality that is not limited by form in the way our brain makes us think we are. Consciousness exists prior to the brain and thought, therefore it is connected to everything in some mysterious manner that would allow its native Intelligence to determine where that location was, even if "you" hadn't been there before...
Every location in the universe has its unique tone and signal, so Intelligence would find it like a beacon

it seams in the psyical plain every fix object seams to have a vibration even a rock witch you can view but if its molded or shaped or minpulated the energry seams to change the vibration maybe the mind set of the individual shaping it even has an effect on it

Thank you so much. You have made me understand that there is truth to the saying there is more to this Universe then meets the eye. What other wonderous
things exist? I Want to free my mind from the slavery of the norm and politically correct. I have aspired to have an open mind and to believe everything and anything is possible. Its just a shame that it took so long before the truth movement came about. It seems a bit strange that our government would
release any info about pseudoscience.

@Fractalfriend Ah, so the results can be a little unreliable then I would imagine. There's a question that popped into my head: When remote viewing, eg. a picture in an envelope somewhere in another room, or a room in a building on the other side of the planet, how does the remote viewer know how to find the correct location? How do they know they are viewing the right place and indeed the right time?

if you can see things far away, and if all the universe is connected to this data base, could a skilled practitioner of RV see into the universe and describe phenomenon as if they where there?
Dr. Simeon Hein mentioned one person whose viewings were so accurate that she could read words off a page, so how come when she remote viewed a picture of the Easter Island monuments she didn't just write down one sentence: "These are the Easter Island monuments."? Instead she wrote a whole page of words without the words "Easter Island monuments" in it. If she can read words off a page then surely the Easter Island monuments would be easy to recognize.

@1simonmatthews Because that's not how the viewing mind works. You get impressions about things, not definite labels. That's a left brain function. Viewing takes place in the right brain. However, occasionally words from the page do pop through, amazingly, as happened here. That doesn't mean the viewer literally knew what she was viewing. It just shows the information comes through in clumps rather than evenly like we are used to with mechanistic info technologies.
