One thing that has to be said is its cha cha was a much harder dance to do as a team but paso blew cha cha to bits!
As for Derek he's very good at what he does!
I'm austraian so the only dancer i've seen before is Kym I was in the Us for this season Derek comes arcoss as a bit full of himself

Hell yeah! I totally agree w/ you. Its nice to hear from a pro. Derek can take all the elements of dance and make it all his own. That's why I love him!

(I'll continue my comment here.)I was talking about Cody's solo just so you know. Now back to what I was saying about Derek. His style is elegant and classy (Foxtrot) when it needs to be, quirky and fun (Jive,Quickstep) when it needs to be, sexy and flirty(Samba,Mambo) when it needs to be and romantic(Vienesse Waltz, Rumba) when it needs to be. He takes every aspect of ballroom and makes it his own. He, Julianne, Kym and Mark all are phenomial dancers and choregraphers.

As a dancer and professional choregrapher, I have to say I am very impressed with Derek's choice of choregraphy for this dance. Its very powerful and entertaining but at the same time, it was was very well thought-out. He also helped Maurice and Warren. The other team didn't do that. Whoever choregraphed Team Cha Cha's dance needs to take a couple lessons from Derek. The whole thing was a complete mess.Cody's was fair but lacked the "I gotta watch that again" factor which Lance had.
