I love how they closed down the school down because of costs, but yet they left all the lights on inside.

Why would you close a school in one of the nicest neoghborhoods in Flint? I was told that it was because of the cost to maintain the building. This is an example of architecture at is best and in looking at Northern and Northwestern, I couldn't say the same. Just another example of school boards that have no common sense or border on incompetence. It is a shame to close the best school in Flint and leave two others open that have never been close to the history and excellence of Central.
