A collection of Stuka images set to 'Stukalied'. The Junkers Ju-87 Sturzkampfflugzeug 'Stuka' was not the fastest or most advanced aircraft, but it played a key role earlier in the war, and is a legend today. It has always been my favorite.

  • @terminator363 It had a DIVE SIREN on it, thats what give it the sound as it dived.

  • wow, at :11, I painted a picture almost just like that one. Mines a bit nicer, tho. So, Hey, how are you ArturAxmann?

  • I'm building both an Anton JU-87A, and the V1 Stuka with twin rudder for R/C.

  • Mr Axmann, very nice images. My great uncle use to fly these " STUKA "

  • @MrRationalDebate Hello,

There is a great new book out titled: GETTYSBURG… OTHER TIMES

There is a great part describing a three Stuka (Kette) attack on a bridge.

It features the history in an accurate but most different way than before.

It is a great page-turning read and full of intrigue and revelation.

You can get your copy from my YouTube site (GETTYSBURGbook) or search Amazon or eBay.

  • Hi, read your reply; have to say I disagree "The Stuka was obsolete and crap by 1940". The Russians in 1941/42 found the Stuka (when used as flying artillery) a huge problem. It had to operate in an environment of air superiority; it was slow and not very manoeuvrable. The aircraft itself was not the total story; Germany had shocked the world . German troops pioneered tactical radio control at the company level; placed white panels on the terrain to steer the pilots, destroying strongpoints.

  • 0:23 it is smiling :) This is my favorite plane of WWII. Yeah, some will say it is too slow. I just think this plane is the best. Thanks for making this vid.

  • @kramnosdivad stuka was crap obsolete by 1940. WW2 greatest dive bomber was Douglas Dauntlas and the helldiver. Only reason germany had dive bombers was because the US sold sme to Udett

  • @JacksonKellyRocker be more spicific state? maybe town????
