If your going to be a sheriff in Phelan, California you've got to know a few things. The left turn light at Phelan and Johnson ( We all run it, it stays red forever ) The posted speed limit on Phelan RD is 55... In reality it's 65.. ( Up to 70 when you get close to 395 ) We skateboard behind staters. We party hardy. Half our cars are junk, Half of us don't have licenses, Half the people at the bar are underage. We ride dirtbikes/quads, anything else that belongs on dirt roads. ETC
