Wrestling Megafest 2007 DVD Trailer - Russo, Sid, Superstar

The long awaited trailer for the most controversial pro wrestling event in the summer of 2007. Wrestling Megafest 2007 in Lynbook, NY could be considered the biggest wrestling convention of all-time that no one attended. Unfortunately, this upcoming DVD does NOT tell that story. While the show was dying a pinful death, Scott Epstein of Publicity Managment Services (PMS) hired former NWA Cyberspace/Shockwave booker Derek Gordon to capture the event and talk to the legends. But like any wrestling event, there were good guys and bad guys. Some turned their backs to our cameras while others used it as a forum to discuss, educate and vent on the business we know as pro wrestling. Hosted by newcomer Toddy D. Depalma, the DVD features exclusive interviews with Vince Russo, Sid Eudy, Tammy "Sunny" Sytch, Jimmy Hart, Goldylocks, Luna Vachon, Virgil, Al Snow, Daffney, and the legendary "Superstar" Billy Graham! This DVD is cheduled for release Winter 2008.

YES, there were some legal issues holding it back.

We are working on getting it released some time this year. In the meantime, it is being recut and tweaked a bit. Hoping to have more information available in a few weeks.

Only ONE promoter paid for our services and that is why HE has the exclusive rights to it. nt sure what he plans on doing withthe DVD but it is ready to go.

Say it ain't so, Sid. Confusion around a finish in a Hogan match. Worst ending to a Wrestlemania ever. Shitty DQ finish, but guess what, everybody. It's okay. Because Warrior in his triumphant return saves the day from the Voo Doo Man. It still doesn't top the fact that Bret Hart was bullshitted into believing Hogan was actually going to lose cleanly to the Sharpshooter months in advance of Summerslam '93.

@1:24 This is why Russo is the biggest cocksucker in the business ever. If the belt is meaningless prop then how the fuck do you get people to buy pay-per-views to see the main event? Because they're interested in the next wacky swerve. Russo also created the stupid "wrassle reality" where it's plausible for rivals wrestlers to kidnap the other guy's wife to force him into giving them their rematch and that silly invisible dressing room cam that catches everything.

I just googled Wrestling Megafest 2007, and it says it hasn't been released due to some legal matters. They were hopin by Fall of 2009, but the site has either not been updated recently, or it still hasn't been released. Too bad, cuz it looks really interesting
