I am a dancer andI can honestly say this was a great routine that these girls really put their all into. I am not putting them down, but I would not have picked those particular outfits. They do show aLOT for the routine they do. It is fitting for the song, but I've had to pick out costumes for some of my own dancers and there are SO many options that they could have picked that would be age appropriate and would still look good (if not better) than these outfits.
@MissLilliAlice I did think about what I wrote, thank you very much. I myself am 14 years old and I am a dancer of 12 years. I don't wear nun outfits, but I also don't wear underwear with rhinestones and fringe on stage. I don't know when YOU last went to a dance competition, but I go to them often, and any creep who wants to can walk into one. I would not want to be dressed like this in the public eye when I can easily just dress as a classy dancer. Kaythanks. (;
I'm a dancer and if you feel comfortable dancing half naked in front of a crowd you should work at a burlesque or a strip club... Their a talented team but honestly, why do you have hardly any costume at all? It doesn't make your dance look any better and it makes them look like sluts. If your going to dress like that then your going to get critized for it.
I love this song. It's by Queen, which is most definitely my favourite band ever. It's not often I find dances to Queen songs, so I appreciate this one. It is strange hearing Body Language sped up a bit as this is, most likely to make the dance livelier.
Okay guys, I'm a dancer and I saw a comment somewhere saying that provocative costumes make the judges notice you. Yeah it's true, but who cares what the age is of the dancers. Dancing is pure entertainment. Yeah a peer that is not involved with competitions would look and think, "oh wow they look slutty", but the choreography was great right? You can't deny entertainment.
creative choreography for the song
