I woke up with this song in my head. After finding it on youtube, I chose to listen to this version over and over rather than the original Skeeter Davis version because there is something so appealing about the simplicity of the rendition and I so much love the vocals and the voice (and the accent which seems to be New Zealand or Australian, am I correct?). I can't get enough of this version!! Thank you.
