Gun grabbers should be taking to the streets in triumph over the Heller case. Once again our government has decided to turn a right into a privilege, and managed (through the media) to convince us all that it's good and that everything is ok.

A license is something you need to get to do something that would otherwise be illegal. The fact that the Supremos decided to rule that we have a 'general' right and the fact that gun owners are not outraged is just more proof of how low we've sunk.

Actually, when the 2nd amendment was written, The militia in the United States, as repeatedly stated by the founders and every Supreme Court case on the subject, is the whole body of citizens capable of providing for the common defense. They were called to duty by the Governor and had nothing to do with the Military. They were a safeguard against the government so how could they have worked for the Government?

The only restriction I believe that should be in place are for people who are not citizens of this country shouldn't posses a firearm for ownership. The sad thing was 5 to 4 courts ruling make me thing about why it wasn't across the bored ruling for this constitutional ruling and another thing, I don't believe in licensing and retraining for the use of your firearms unless you have a brain injury, you should be able to retrain your self with out big government approval.

Crime increases under gun control and I agree, we should have those justices removed. They should be put in jail! It's already here, just getting worse. Hitler used gun control. is that what we're headed for? I lived in D.C. and they had the most extreme gun control laws in the country and the highest crime! Criminals don't obey laws! Plus, where in the constitution does it say we need a permit to have our rights? NO WHERE!

All gun control is bad. Even a little is bad. It just makes it harder for good pepole to get guns. The only solution to crime and criminals is for people to be able to easily get guns. If there is 10 criminals with guns and 100 good people with guns, who's gonna win? That's pretty obvious, the good people. Also, the constitution never says anything about needing a permit to exercise our rights. Should we get a permit to have free speech? Remember, hitler used gun control and took peoples guns.

VERY VERY intelligent response! and i think the best solution to creating safety for the citizens is to educate them on how destructive guns are, i think having people put their effort into educating the population about guns, how to use them, and how dangerous they are may be the best thing we could possibly give to the American population at this moment! (I am for gun ownership)

civilians can always go to the NRA for gun training. Good video man. Thanks for sharing your views :) Don't sweat the nay sayers. They're a dime a dozen and most of the time they use personal jabs because they can't hit your logic.

I am absolutely appalled by the fact that 4 justices ruled against the 2nd amendment. Congress should petition for removal of these justices. If Barak Hussein Osama gets voted in we may just get another communist justice, and God help us then. That vote should have been 9-0 in favor of the 2nd amendment.
