  • Body buiding for ms is, in my opinion, the best treatment for ms.

I did it over 20 years ago and it sent my ms into remission for 17 years.I could never take drugs because I couldn't deal with the side effects.

Weight lifting was my medicine, sadly ms is progressive, but I have had ms for 30 years and I am still walking!!!

    Plse visit me on multiplesclerosis101.

  • Awesome. Very inspiring. Go get em Dave.

  • I TOO HAVE MS and i have been wanting to hit the gym, but lately, aches and pains have taken over, any advice would be appreciated,,, I have lost alot of muscle and SO DESPERATLY need to rebuild all that i can,,,I am a female,in my 40's and if you have any advice you can share please do, !

  • Incredibly Inspirational.

  • Dave, good for you

    Keep training hard

  • my cousin has MS and hes 40. I really hope both you guys feel better soon.

  • I'm in the same boat. Not ready to forsake the medicine; side effects are fairly mild for me. But at age 50+ I'm still training, lifting the same or better weights for the most part as before 2004 diagnosis, altho not with the goal of competing with anyone other than myself. This vid is great motivation.

  • This video is awesome! One of the best i've ever seen!
