@tiney18 I finally had to get him the squeak toys made of rubber because mine kept eating the material apart of the other ones. It teaches them to have a soft mouth and not to bite hard when playing with the "human pack members". Think dominance and submission and you understand a CD. They are completely Pack oriented creatures. It took me 6 months to get close to my CD because I was the Alpha male. NP he was for my daughter, and they got inseparable. We love him terribly would be lost without

@pinksteady Mine throws his toy ("Baby") over the fence into the neighbors yard. I have lost $100's in toys over the fence ala "Sandlot". MY CD is coming up on 8 years old now, and will move to the gate to go inside as soon as I even motion towards the gate, I mean without a step. This is a breed that aims to please?! To train this I sat outside with him when I smoke, and take him out many times a day so it is routine, and as soon as I move to the gate he eventually adopted the Alhpa's routine.

Our dog, Lilly, is the same! We just found out this weekend that she is a Carolina Dog. How cute your dog is! Our Lilly looks very similar and moves the same way. Enjoy!

He's a nutter, but we love him. We'll post another video of him soon playing with a rawhide bone... he does more crazy stuff with that!
