We have the common wild sailfin mollies here in Southeast Texas. They grow to about four inches. As to other fish found with them, mosquito fish, another livebearer that very closely resemble feeder guppies, but have a nasty temperment, are the most common. And to the poster with the tan fish with a blue shine on the head, these are most likely sheepshead minnows, a coastal pupfish that can live in wide range of salinities. I've had them spawn in completely fresh water. The males are colorful.

I saw these guys snorkeling in cenotes in the Yucatan, and was really struck by how beautiful they are. Where did you get them for your aquarium?
