The Hawaiian Papayas are absolutely delicious!
This Hawaiian Papaya tree is about 8 month old and carries a lot of fruit.
The Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C and also a very good source of fiber and folate.
If you have a space on your back yard and you live in a tropical climate, plant one or two trees.
You will enjoy your Papayas fruit after 8 month for a period time ofappoximate 2- 3 years.

That will be nice to grow it in your green house, think about the height of the tree.

    Mahalo.

  • Aloha Zahoor, de best way to grow your Papaya plants is to use old "STEER MANURE", fresh Steer Manure will burn the young plants, this is the economic way for your nursery, other fertilizers product are verry expensive. Success. Mahalo.

  • @firecat489 Please do not hesitate to grow your own Papaya tree. Find a nurcery, Home depot, Lows or local farmers they may help you with a young plant. Buy some bags of potting soil, dig a hole, size 2 feet round and 1 feet deep. Success. Mahalo

Thanks that's what I thought. I will have to maybe place them under the banana trees to shelter them from all the rain.

  • @charliemor3 Aloha. Thank you for your comments. I got it from my Mom, Dad, grandpa and grandma. I hope the younger generation will do the same. Mahalo

  • @angelbe88 Aloha. If the young plants are turning dry yellow, they need water but not too much water.

If the plants are turning week yellow, means the plant got too much water. Mahalo
