The observation that feminists have been trying to change the way men perceive women's beauty is very adequate for describing what's happening in today's westernized societies.
Because, in fact, modern feminism really comes just to trying transforming men into women and trying to make men think/act like women.
Ironically, no real woman wishes to spend her life with a mangina nor does a real man accept that a woman can control him.
So this ludicrous strategy is doomed to failure...

I didn't mean that sex itself was empowering. I was talking about expressing one's sexuality/sensuality...or something like that.

Feminists are ugly and have repulsive personalities. LOL Very true with maybe an exception here and there such as Jessica Valenti, but her personality and victim mentality distorts and ruins the beauty of the facade.

Because your body will degenerate over time and then you're left with nothing.
Yeah, a hot 20 year old woman will be able to manipulate men, but that same woman, when 45-50, still believing that she's worth the same thing as when she was 20, will keep trying, but now will not only fail, she will grow bitter because of her failures at manipulation.
Thus this leaves her an angry, wrinkled, aging harpy...
This is what happens over the long term with the body being the only link to success.

@pinegrove33 Oh yes women are very conformist. They simply to not benefit like males do for obtaining beneficial representation at the dimorphic extremes.
Males are represented at the top and bottom of the dimorphic curve. Not to say that females are all conformist but the law of male variance dictates males will be at the extreme end of non conformity i.e. risk taking.

Kinda ironic how feminists supposedly want to fight the institution of females as "sex objects".
Before feminism female sexuality and identity was private, married, monogamous and now it is public, divorced from the private or familial sphere and promiscuous.
To most men including myself women are literally presumptively available sex objects. Though we all may hope for more than a sex object, this is now the most rudimentary base of the public identity of women. Sad isn't it!?

No, I think women are by far the more conformist sex. That doesn't mean that every women is a conformist though. Sex is not empowering, lol, that's a feminist myth. Sex is sex.
