Don't ROLL them. For maximum distraction effects, THROW them midair, with spin, as violently as you can into the room.

Ummm...ya maybe more puzzling than tactical. If I was swat I'd stick to flash bangs, and weapon mounted strobe lights.

@Souldog22ca These aren't designed as flashbang replacements. They 1)provide lighting/backlighting in dark rooms. 2)Are safe for poorly trained patrol officers and beat cops who don't have the time to effectively train on bangers. 3)Provide alternatives(not anywhere near as good...but something,) to pyrotechnic flashbangs in places like meth labs where a spark can lead to a very bad day. 4)As a distant, distant fourth they provide a distraction.

These things appear useless in a tactical situation. These seem about as effective as accidentally shining a Wal Mart flashlight in a bad guy's face then acting like he'll be blinded for hours.
