if you get some wetsand paper like 800-1500 grit, and some polish compound you can get that finish as smooth as glass

Really cool drum. I couldn't help but thinking about polyerthaining it the whole tome. It would of looked good on that white pine, but I know you were trying to make it match your set/cool

Do you think I should do this to an entire set. I saw one on eBay that had the cover peeling( plus I don't even like the cover) it was a factory defect and it was being sold cheap. Should I do it or just buy another cover?

@daemonwangs I would first look into how much it will cost you to purchase the supplies needed to paint and seal the drums and compare that to actually buying the nicer drum set. I am 100% satisfied with the quality that I got from it though!

after you painted this tom... the surface can be cleaned the same way as if i were cleaning the vinyl you took off at the begining of the video??.. i'm sorry about my english, hope you can understand me..

@ShoveItSkatePunk Do NOT sand the drum after you've painted it. You'll want to put on a glossy finish (last shiny layer) so that the drum looks nice. Hope that helps!
