Dude, nodding on both PS2 and Xbox 360 is OK, and won't get you in trouble but the thing is; in order to mod on the 360, you need a JTAG and to JTAG an Xbox, you need to MODIFY the console which violates the Xbox LIVE ToU. Unless you obtained a free (*pirated*) copy of the software, it's fine. SONY don't care much because you can get Linux and mods on PS2 and PS3 (No more Linux, They removed it). I'm a 360 owner with a JTAG and a retail box and I NEVER cheat or endorse playing online with modif
