  • the most beautiful ending scene.

  • @forloveoffilm - Thanks for the info.Always good to know where the real credit should go. Same with Taxi Driver - the 2nd unit did the opening for that film not Scorsese.

  • @PZK12 The vast majority of the opening montage was the work of 2nd unit DP Fred Blankfein and, of course, Susan Morse, the editor.

  • they're writing songs of love but not for me ! the hair falling and then being tucked back behind her ear and the sad eyed smile are movie perfection ! even though he is a self centered dick in the film

  • The music at the end is 'Rhapsody in Blue'. It is Gershwin's love poem to New York. It is used throughout the film. Take a look at the opening sequence to see Allen's brilliance as a director. His opening montage showing his love for New York is exceptional.

  • What song plays at the end?

  • sublime

  • what magic. I agree one of the great moments in film. great ending. Allen has a gift for picking the perfect music to accompany his films. the music just makes it perfect.

  • his smile after her last sentence..is beyond price

  • yea, me too.
