Remember you have anxiety or panic. You are not dying from a panic attack. Here are SOME of MANY tips to cope when having one, or preventing one from happening.
1. Remind yourself YOU'RE OK!!!
2. Dont psych yourself up for one
3. Block breathe (deep breath through your nose, hold it 5-10 secs, and let it out through your mouth).
4. Water
5. Leaving the scene for a minute
6. Think happy thoughts
7. warm relaxing bath
8. milk
9. call a TRUSTED friend or family member (talking to people helps you get your mind off of it.
10. Turn the air down
11. TRY AND RELAX!!!

i tead to get the Wobbly legs when i'm havin my fit at walmart? or like week knees ...do you do that? and if so how do u deal with that?
