Using the ground and pound dummy(Henry),we use the the training conditioning and positioning of MMA training, with a reality of street combat target areas that are illegal in MMA.Its great to ensure body conditioning, cardio, high heart rate, stress pressure with the reality of hitting the vitals.

  • Lol imagine he didn't use a dummy

  • Also hitting the neck is good, you can chop their windpipe. Dont forget pressure points and small joint manipulation. And biting will be very effective for making them release grips or even getting out of bad situation. That is if you want to kill them

  • i love practicing street combat especially with my dummy..you do scratches? i do back of the head too..sometime i leave a mess on the floor while i lock..or gnp.. i pick up and improv with anything especially in th worse scenarios like being mounted in rape position..someone..knee on bicep.. and their other hand control my wrist and being wailed at like wanderlei..or someone taking my back.. or being armbarred.. stuff like that.. henry looks awesome n sturdy
