A great Saturday morning at Manningtree as I got the chance to see the Preserved Britannia Steam Locomotive "Oliver Cromwell" in action. She was hauling the Norfolkman Railtour from London Liverpool St to Norwich and back.
This was to mark the 60th Anniversary to the day when these magnificent locomotives revolutionized the timetable between London and Norwich along the Great Eastern Main Line.
In addition to the railtour and the usual Class 321's, Class 90's and Desiro's I also got to see four Freightliners. The Freightliners were hauled by the following traction;
86 501 + Freightliner
90 048 + Freightliner
66 707 + Freightliner
66 951 + Freightliner
I hope you enjoy this awesome video.
Fantastic video as always, keep up the good work :)

Great Video! Nice, you finally got to see one of the GEML specials :) I wish I could have seen the 86 though.

@ngin350 Thanks :), I learned about the special train whilst reading the Evening Star newspaper a short while ago. Its a shame we haven't had a railtour on the GEML hauled by a preserved 86 yet.

@Desiro360 Yes, it is a shame. By the way, Oliver Cromwell is returning to the GEML on July 16th and it will be working 'the easterling' railtour.

@ngin350 Ah right cool, I'll try and see it at Manningtree again if I can.
