How to rotate your STOCK fuel pin (cone) diaghram to the deeper side so it adds more fuel as the boost comes in (i explain it in the video), this is your AFC setup.

Also works on cummins 4bt engines with Bosch VE pump.

This video shows a 92 Cummins in a Dodge ram D350.

I recommend paying $105 and getting an aftermarket DennyT fuel pin.. www.dennytperformance.com ... it has a WAY WAY deeper angle than the factory one and will make the old cummins get up..

Thanks for watching! you'll love your truck even more after these mods in my videos!!

  • I've heard messing with the first gen pumps can easily cause them to run away? Does this mod have the chance of that happening?

  • @208DIDDERGIRL no chance of that happenening with this mod. that's the power screw mod you're talking about, and i don't have a video on that for that very reason

  • Just adjusted my afc, and fuel pin and wow I'm honestly impressed, one thing my star wheel only went down 3/4th a turn....any idea? Its a 92. But anyways I'm impressed thanks.

  • @brandon8968ford sometimes the startwheel does that man, glad you liked the little mods. Not join some forums and do some more tweaking! only reason I didn't post more videos is because I'm afraid people are gonna do this shit with no gauges and melt their engine down.

  • i cant seem to pull my fuel pin out of the diaphram any tips? i have an 89

  • @imafag1003 work the throttle back and forth as your trying to pull it

  • Ya that's my only worrie and that's why I did not mess with the power screw but ya thanks a lot for your info man!

  • @91CTD my heated intake has broken on my 1992 Cummins, and its -5 out, but as long as i plug it in she starts great, but if i cant plug it in she starts really hard, am i damaging the engine when i start her like that? im going to put a new heated intake on asap but their not cheap (about $400)

  • @87norcalyoder You can do away with the banjo setup and just run a fitting right into the pump top, then right into the intake manifold. I know the intake manifold port where the boost line goes into is 1/8 NPT...

  • @HolboxTaos Did you find the deep side of the pin man? The rest of my videos are on my channel.
