  • sorry i didnt see the full stop, how stupid of me, great condition by the way!, i love mine, goes like a rocket, brakes not to bad, looks scruffier than your grandads, but its still in the army dulux brush touch up paint

great fun to ride, if he ever gives you the chance to ride it or have it, snatch his hand off, and take the bike too. have fun

  • Thanks for comments. Not sure about the reason for the registration plate. I will ask him and post an update. He and his friend restored it, I went to his friends house and he had over a dozen bikes in various stages of resto.

  • have you checked out my ex swiss army 350 condor?

  • Certainly have, looks great. I'd recommend everyone to have a look at your videos.

  • LHS Brakes , an unique and distinct feature of England make motorcycles. The feature which separates them even from great Harleys and Hondas and Ducatis . The hallmarks of the legendary bygone British motorcycle era. Beautiful motorcycle . I wish it had gone the Royal enfield way to be still in production!!

  • @allcylinders They issue an age related plate for the year of manufacture. That is a B40 GB that was built in 1967. So that's why it's on an E plate. They don't issue age related plates based on the year of decommission. You should be able to get yours transferred onto an E or F plate if it was built in 1967.

  • Well done granda, just beautiful..

  • i've had a condor. very good bike but the seat is too small, i bet the b40 seat is better for long trips..

  • sweet

  • fantastic...its great to see people still riding at your grandpas age......top bike as well

  • Come on grandpa, the strap isn't THAT difficult !

  • Nice :0) I have an ex-wd B40 as well, which funnily enough is only 10 away from that registration. I wonder when/how they were road-registered?

  • classic bikes like royal enfield idles at around 800rpm.sir ,you need to re-tune your bike!
