Let's say you are 100% correct. You are not "driving" unless doing it comercially (for pay or in the operation of a business). Tell that to the police officer that is arresting you or issuing you a summons to court and towing your car to the impound. Tell that to the judge that is issuing you a hefty fine for driving without a license. The wording of those laws is in error. We have enough idiot drivers on the road as it is, your way would have even more idiots out there.

That is not a tax on chickens or other source of eggs.
Wages maybe a source of income but they are not income in and of themselves.
Earnings are not income.

“The Sixteenth Amendment declares that Congress shall have power to levy and collect taxes on income, ‘from whatever source derived’ without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration. It was not the purpose or the effect of that amendment to bring any new subject within the taxing power. *Congress already had the power to tax all incomes.*"

Did you have a point? This has nothing to do with the tax being imposed on that person, just a fine point on withholding a portion of that tax by his/her employer.
