Tjames, excellent compilation. Naturally the song is great, but what swayed me the most was that there were quite a few pics I had not seen or at least hadn't seen very often, and having been a Fabs collector for awhile, there are alot of photos of the Beatles that I have seen over and over, and over again. So, to make a video like you did, with lots of unique and interesting photos from a variety of periods in their career is quite the achievement.

John said in an interview its easier to give up Heroin than cigarettes. He did eventually quit for a short time after Sean was born. Yoko has never quit. She's been smoking since she was teenager.

"in My Life" was voted the #1 Pop Song ever written by people in a worldwide poll. Understandable so. There is something about that song that just makes you either smile or tear up. Its that perfect balance of melody and lyric that's rarely seen in songwriting. People always talk about "Yesterday" but to me this is by far a superior song.

I believe at some point they all wisely quit smoking, except for John. Him and Yoko used to chain smoke those Gitanes. Who knows if he would have quit also. I know Yoko still chains.
