HI

Yes, you can use atta kneader but use very low speed since this dough tends to be sticky. Once you get soft dough, sprinkle some dry flour on counter and bring down dough on counter and again knead for about a minute or so to get nice dough. If you want to bake, follow my other video of naan where I used oven to bake my naanns...
