@dearestjen Firstly, the sumo is seen crawling on his hands and feet. He is clearly ridiculed. The crawling is particularly insulting because the rules state that the match would be forfeit as soon as his hands touch the floor. Anyhow it's being purposefully provocative, its not really a big deal... but its really not politically correct by any means. And in fact it is degrading to both these men. At least they were paid, I suppose.
