Minifig Person Builder - LEGO Mindstorms NXT

A machine that I built with an NXT set and some other assorted parts, that builds a LEGO minifigs. Unfortunately I am haveing some trouble placing the head on :( (I am working on that though, will get vid up when it does)
I still like it though cause it was hard to make the part that the claw slides up and down upon, and I only had a few of those flat toothy bits to work with when it came to making the 'track'.

awesome except for the head fail

Works really nice. A shame indeed that you can't fit the head. I would suggest to even out the length of the two fingers on the grabber.

If you would do that you'd be able to pickup the head heigher, so that the fingers of the grabber don't stick out below the head. I seams like the problem is that the fingers push the arm away from the torso, which makes the head misalign.

I suggest with the head, you should make a lego sludge hammer make sure the head piece sticks(i am not response able for toy breaking crushing and getting stuck in your eye)

I suggest with the head, you should make a lego hammer and make sure while the body piece grabber has the head and position into the body, then just get the lego hammer, (which should be programmed) bang the head onto the body, other wise you have to make the robot hand move downwards.
