An excerpt from Tarsem Singh's 'The Cell' (2000), a stupid yet amazingly designed picture. Subtitled for your viewing pleasure.
NOTE: As pointed out by users ElectricShark & hijaktaffairs, this scene is apparently visually based on two of Odd Nerdrum's paintings: "Dawn" (1990) and "Sole Morte" (1987). The paintings can be viewed here:

DarkPask, I disagree. Any good film can be nitpicked at. & I hope to hell u wouldn't pick Jolie for this lead. Lol, she'd have ruined it.

IMO, it's not as complex, deep or smart as it thing it is. All in all, is a very pretentious movie.
Don't get me wrong. I love it and the problems that it had where nothing that couldn't have been solved with some minor touches to the script and casting somebody else instead of Lopez (still this is her best movie IMO).
The visual design is gorgeous and mixes seamlessly surrealism, grittiness, gore and beauty.
Style over substance... but what a style!!!

The woman in the middle said : "I spit it out my hole. Big deal. Don't mean I got to take care of him". Instead of "Don't mean anything", even if the subtitles says so. Look carefully at her lips.
