@Tremills9971 She was offered a villainess part in The Valley of the Dolls and took it, but I don't think her heart was in it. She was replaced. The closest she came to a villainess was in The Pirate, where she falls in love with a poor, traveling actor, Gene Kelly, and chooses him over a wealthy businessman.
