  • Yea, thats my pre-workout most of the time, but also every morning. I take the Ultra Whey Pro (2 scoops), Animal Pak, Animal Flex, 6 Uni-livers with skim milk or 2% milk.

    I took that over an hour before we started training so I had alot of time to digest.
