Good Morning. It's Tuesday, August 2, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are down. Barclays (NYSE:BCS) says it is on track for a 13% return on equity in 2013. General Growth Properties (NYSE:GGP) plans to spin-off a 30-mall portfolio to its stockholders. Teva (NASDAQ:TEVA) received European marketing authorization for ZOELY oral contraceptive. American Movil (NYSE:AMX) announced that its board approved a tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of all classes of Telmex (NYSE:TMX) that are not already owned, directly or indirectly, by AMX. AT&T (T) announced that it would tender all of its shares of Telmex following the announcement. Sony Computer Entertainment (NYSE:SNE) acquired Sucker Punch Productions. Genesee & Wyoming (NYSE:GWR) acquired Arizona Eastern Railway for $90.1M. Amerigroup (NYSE:AGP) announced that it won its bid to retain and expand its presence in Texas, the company's largest market. Wyndham (NYSE:WYN) vacation rentals acquired The Resort Company. Allegheny Technologies (NYSE:ATI) and the United Steelworkers Union have reached tentative agreement.
