I work with a little girl with Rett's. Their stories all break my heart, but their smiles melt it right back together! I'm trying to learn as much as I can about RS and what can be done to further improve their quality of life! Your little Sarah is absolutely gorgeous and definitely an angel from God! Once a child is born, it's good to give them the best life possible, but with severe genetic disorders or deficiencies, they should be aborted whenever possible and the parents should immediately start a new pregnancy. Increasing the number of problem solving, fully functional people is too important.

What an idiotic comment, my daughter mouths her hands too and the only way it is dirty or a risk of illness is if their hands are dirty to begin with - don't you think as parents we know this risk of getting sick and subsequently keep their hans clean? Honestly the sheer idiocy of some people on youtube, never ceases to amaze me.
