James Herman Guinn AKA "Daddy, Pappaw, Gramps, and Uncle James" left this earth on Feb 2, 2008 at 76 years old. He fought gastric cancer for over a year until the good lord called him up. I had always wanted to compose a song for him, but I could never put anything together. I had a dream of Daddy riding a horse to the pearly gates and woke up at 3 am the morning of his funeral and within minutes composed "Riding Horses to Heaven" in Open D Tuning (Capo 2). It flowed from my fingers and just felt like it was meant to be. I played it at his service sitting next to his casket. This song, though not technical at all, is very special to me. I hope you enjoy. Miss you Daddy.
Absolutely beautiful, Robert :)
Very smart response to that guy, as well. Sending you hugs!

@brandoneheath Thanks for the encouraging comment brandon! It actually made me laugh! I accept all comments good or bad, it usually helps me judge the character of a person and helps with my writing. In my humble opinion, you should find some way to use spell check and proper english when you leave a negative comment on videos in the future. If your trying to get a rise out of someone, it does not work; it just makes you look illiterate. Take care and enjoy your anime.
