  • This is exactly what happens when you give a guitar to Mozart and electricity to musicians.

  • @Sheltah My sentiments exactly. Composers in those times also took each others' work and changed it or used it as an influence in their own work. It's never been a problem except to purists. More recently, Emerson, Lake and Palmer played their version of 'Toccata', and the composer, Aaron Copland said that ELP's version was the best he has heard, and that blows the purist critic's view clear out of the water.

Try youtube for this one, cheers!

  • @09bakaratini : Yeah, but there's people out there who think that the music written during the time of Wolfy and the crew is sacred and that no one shall sully it with the application of modern instrumentation, technique, and technology, to which I say to those people, "get ya fuckin head out ya arse!"

  • how exactly is this ruined? some people pull comments out of their asses sometimes i swear

  • this makes me feel so talentless :(

  • If Mozart had an electric guitar, all other Musicians would have to cower and hide from Mozart's raising awesomeness manifesting around him

  • It`s Yngwie Malmsteen. motherfuckers a god.. nuff said

  • This is great.

  • How can one 'ruin' the original by playing a heavy-metal version of it?? I mean, the original is still there and will always be there for those of us who prefer it that way, however this does not stop me or anyone else from experiencing other versions. Think of it as a variation. If you don't like it, turn it off!
