I haven't seen these at Walmart, but Target and Party City had some Screamer toys. And Target had some Halloween pooper toys (but they're different from the one in the video).

none of the screamers nor the tricycle have any information on them, but the skeleton pooper toy says, "GALERIE Made in China" under its base. I hope that helps.
