Hpi Savage 5T

Here is a close up look at the Hpi Japan Savage 5T, This is the 1st one of its kind here in Australia at RC GARAGE in Baywater, Victoria, Australia so pop into the shop and have a look for your self, they can be found at 1/3 power road, I placed two savage 150cc tanks in the space in the front of the truck to show that a twin tank mod would fit nicely and give people longer run times to go with the bigger savage truck.

HPi were probably out of ideas when they made this one!..

yep the 5t savage is a piece of crap should get a baja 5t for sure heaps touhger faster and cheaper on fuel cos it runs on unleaded not crapy nitro

HPI certainly wasted a lot of time producing this..!

The only good thing that came from it was the 24mm hub conversion. This meant you could throw a set of Baja wheels on your Savage X/XL with some minor mods to the XL (you need to change drive shafts on the X). It is a little more solid than the new conversion kit available..... however, you do lose the wider wheelbase that comes with the XL.

Thanx HPI... now how about concentrating on making a better pipe for the XL..!!!
