He forgot to mention where the mom felt like she was in a zoo. He just kept saying this kid is driving me craaaazy. But all in all it's a wonderful book!! I still read it before bedtime to my boys.

My mom read this book to me in her soothing voice, now it just makes me cry.

My mother used to read this book to me, now she's getting to the age of the woman near the end of the book. She's always had health problems so she's not likely to be around much longer. I consider myself a cold person and thinking about other loved one's inevitable deaths doesn't effect me much, but thinking about not having her anymore, just... kills me. I'll love you forever mom.
