Thai Yoga Therapy, Life Time Fitness, MN

There is no membership required to schedule a Thai Yoga Therapy session.

The actual setting is Life Time Fitness Athletic, Eden Prairie, MN. in the yoga studio.
The session is conducted completely by candlelight, near the waterfall pictured in the video, surrounded by pillows. Pillows and sheets misted with actual lavender oil in water. Soothing tunes by Deva Premal and Krishna Das. The experience is nothing short of transformational!

The pricing is much like personal training, $90/hour and each session is 2 hours long.

Gary is available from 8:15-10:15PM M, W, TH, F and 6-8PM Sa and Sun
