Motorcycle Crash Helmet Cam VIDEO

Footage from the perspective of a helmet cam. A car swerves into her, and she doesn't have time to break, resulting in the accident taking place. This from the lady in question: LEO and Insurance are well aware I have it all on video. The officer who took the report already watched it too, he chuckled and said - " good thing you have that because the guy is saying you hit him. He said he was stopped and all you had to do was stop but you didn't." 4-9-2006

I always figured it was the extra weight of a passenger or something that threw him off. Maybe it was just stupid?

The worst thing about driving a motorcycle in traffic is how, every 6 months or so, someone tries to change lanes without turning their fuckin head. I never drive next to another vehicle for very long. And when ur surrounded by vehicles, theres nothing much you can do.

One thing it shows is how valuable it can be to have a camera recording an accident. Theres so much shit going on in traffic that would be difficult to prove.

Adding this to favorites as a reminder of what can happen. I ride with a camera myself. If the worst happens, at least they can see it from my perspective. I hope she didn't hurt her back too badly!
