Cluster http://www.cluster.eu in collaboration with The Achitects Association of Turin (FAOT) particpated at the Democracy Biennial held in Turin April 22-26 2009. 'Housing the Democratic City' was a panel session between Bill Dunster (UK), Cino Zucchi (IT) and Cluster's guest Sunil Abraham (India) moderated by PierGiorgio Turi (FAOT). In this video, Sunil Abraham - global advocate for digital pluralism and co-founder of the Centre for Internet and Society in Bangalore, responds to the session's first question: Do you think there will be a home for everyone in the future?
