Railway Wonderland

With several very high profile locos visiting, including Tornado, the East Lancs Railway enjoyed huge crowds at its October steam gala. Highlights were the double heading of Tornado and 71000 and 71000 with another Caprotti valved loco. Leander made a welcome return and Sutty's superb Black 5, fresh from a lengthy rebuild performed brilliantly to make this a very memorable weekend for us anoraks!
