  • I've used this in maths class as a challenge to see who is the first person to draw a 'perfect' circle with a paper clip and two pencils. When someone figures it out I use it to explain the properties of circles and then go on and use it to mark the circumference to create equilateral triangles, hexagons and beautiful geometric designs. All from your brilliantly simple trick. Thanks.

  • @lennyw99 Cool! I'm glad it's been helpful!

  • u can also hook them together to make a bigger circle

  • That is very true - I hadn't thought of that. Good idea!
