www.OttawaFlood.com On the steps of the Putnam County Court House looking South at Main Street and the Clock in the town of Ottawa Ohio. This was taken at about 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 23, 2007. The Blanchard River overflows its banks and creates the worst flooding in about 100 years. The current is going East to West. This happened to be about at the crest of the flooding that lasted about 3 days.
