This Wu Dang Sword 武當劍 set is a very basic and short form composed newly by Wu Dang mountain for their demonstrations and shows use. It is to keep the style of Wu Dang sword while keeping it simple and easy for the beginners to do. I personally think the traditional one is better though. This form have a lot of "opera style" movements that are really just for show. China is more inclinded for these things nowadays, what a shame. Too bad.
