After I washed my hair for the fist time after getting this service done I was mortified. This product has definitely changed my hair!!!! It is a total frizz ball.
The straightener won't even straighten my hair. I am more than pissed to have spent this kind of time (5hours) and money to have results like this. I have great hair and now it is totally damaged!!! I expect REDKIN to do something. If you are thinking of getting the service done DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
