Here's my second (and last) entry for Xcookage's contest.
You'll need:
3 apples
1 lemon
4 tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of all pourpose flour
4.4. oz salted butter (melted or room temperature)
2 eggs
Feel free to leave me comments with any questions you may have.
Since my blattertart is so much work, I though I'd make something that also tastes good but is much quicker and easy. Hope you enjoy it!
