well...I'm not a professional but the way I taught myself to stop was actually to plug my nose when I sang, which forced me to use my diaphragm XD cuz i couldnt breathe otherwise lol! Ok well you inspired me to post a video of me singing it on my site XD good luck with everything!! :D

thirdly, on your E's in River, your singing a wide E. When singing, a general rule is to make your E's long so they sound like "Eah". Round your mouth and dont go "smiley" lol :)
Otherwise, you have a very pretty voice and have a lot of potential. I suggest taking vocal lessons. :) Ciao!
