  • Either way the RIAA cannot sustain it's current econonmic model. It's going to fail just a question of when, that's because while products have VALUE music is produced and only AUDIO, it has no real value. For example people can't eat music, can't sell cds for any real profit (unless old) and now with file sharing, etc.... well anything can begotten. So when the recession hits as Peter Schiff has been saying all along who's going to buy music when they have real bills to pay?!

  • odd. the RIAA seems to love numbers. that's all music is, long streams of 1's and 0's so you know what. what if I made that EXACT stream of 1's and 0's on my own? randomly generated? would that infringe? 1010110101 that's right i just shared part of a file for almost every song ever written. go ahead RIAA arrest me.

  • While thousands were being sued having to pay outrageous monetary amounts the RIAA & the FBI ignored the following conversation A NC high ranking police officer was recorded discussing downloading music He named the name Kazaa and talked how songs were arranged in groups you choose & click & get them He said it was the thing to do everybody was doing it He bet his daughters had downloaded a thousand songs on his computer He laughed & said he hoped the federal government did not investigate him

  • I'm sorry, your point was valid but your story was where? You could have done something excellent, but your action was incoherent, disjointed, & the whole thing looked like disgruntled children unable to properly articulate their perspective. Schoolyard tantrum much? You should not be proud of this poorly executed illustration of a very important issue. I agree with you, but go back to film school. I expected so much more. Your other viewers are easily impressed.

  • I dont see why artists should give a shit. The RIAA takes all the money anyway. As for me, I don't care how they get my music, you can make more money off of gigs than trying to sell CDs

  • RIAA cant arrest a 6 year old for downloading a song. cmon some times u got the erge to download it cause its awasome.i saw we boycott RIAA

  • I think the RIAA might last though because of labels. Labels are the RIAA's best customers. The labels are nothing more than the middle-man.
